Freshnote is operated by Alma.Me LLC. We issue email addresses on the freshnote.me domain to PhDs and postdocs we work with, for use during their job search.
The email messages sent to and from freshnote.me addresses, and anything you choose to include when you write to us. This website itself uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Only to support the job search of the person a given address belongs to — sending and receiving correspondence with employers, recruiters, and hiring teams, and responding to questions sent to us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the email providers we rely on to deliver messages. We do not use freshnote.me addresses for bulk or unsolicited marketing.
We keep messages for as long as an address is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete them. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.
Alma.Me LLC prohibits the use of freshnote.me and any associated mailbox to send unsolicited bulk or commercial email. Mail sent from freshnote.me is limited to personal correspondence by the individual account holder in connection with their own job search, including applications to open positions and follow-up with employers about roles to which they have applied. We do not send, and do not authorize any affiliate or third party to send, unsolicited bulk or commercial messages that advertise, promote, or reference freshnote.me. We contact only verified recipient addresses, honor opt-out requests promptly, and authenticate all outbound mail with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Mailboxes found in violation are suspended.
Questions about your information, or want it deleted? Write to hello@freshnote.me and a real person will respond.
