Freshnote is operated by Alma.Me LLC. We issue email addresses on the freshnote.me domain to PhDs and postdocs we work with, for use during their job search.
The email messages sent to and from freshnote.me addresses, and anything you choose to include when you write to us. This website itself uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Only to support the job search of the person a given address belongs to — sending and receiving correspondence with employers, recruiters, and hiring teams, and responding to questions sent to us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the email providers we rely on to deliver messages. We do not use freshnote.me addresses for bulk or unsolicited marketing.
We keep messages for as long as an address is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete them. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.
